•     Thickness: Typically ½–¾ inch depending on board type
•     Backside: Smooth, unfinished or lightly sealed (not engraved unless requested)

•     Hand wash only
•     Do not soak or place in dishwasher
•     Dry immediately
•     Condition with food‑safe mineral oil as needed
